He was knowledgeable, patient and took time to make sure the car was in proper shape before I departed. I highly recommend buying at Winslow. I bought a 2017 CPO BMW; however, there was an issue with the car being properly detailed and cleaned before I picked it up. Despite best efforts it wasn't at the level I had expected, but Jake's level of service and customer care made the difference. I would buy here again.

We are so Happy with our purchase. Excellent customer service and just an all around great place to buy a new car. Kudos to Winslow

He knows everything about the cars and will help you with anything you want to know about any model. He is the genius every dealership should have. Service dept is amazing as well.

Grayson was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while we asked about the used car we were interested in buying. While we scrutinized the car inside and out, he kept far enough away that we could talk quietly without him hearing, but close enough that we could have him answer a question when needed. "Jeremy was very professional and a great help in getting..." Jeremy was very professional and a great help in getting all the information we need to purchase the new X5 45e we wanted. The dealership was very quick in fixing a small flaw on the interior we found after the purchase. I'm very happy with my experience I had at this dealership.

"We are from out of state and bought a car from Winslow..." We are from out of state and bought a car from Winslow BMW. David Hemphill was helpful and personable, Jake the BMW genius set up our accounts and worked with us to understand the car by phone, and Rachel was incredibly helpful getting the paperwork to us in a timely manner. We couldn't be more pleased with the car and the service we received from the staff at Winslow BMW.
