"Generally good experience" It was a very pleasant car buying experience. They treated us well. The salesman was for the most part familiar with the vehicle, however he could not answer all the questions I had. The only downside has been that the vehicle was delivered with outdated navigation maps. The maps are one year out of date and they have not yet addressed the problem to my satisfaction.

My first BMW was a GREAT EXPERENCE working with the professionals at Winslow BMW. Low pressure sales which I appreciated. Got in and got out without spending a whole day when trying to purchase a new car! Great people to work with! jake Gordon was extremely helpful with his BMW Encore session.
The salesman, Scott, was very patient in answering and researching all our questions. His attention to all the concerns and price negotiations was refreshing after having visited other car dealerships.
Nothing short of a great experience from introductions to being handed the set of keys. Both Daniel and Jake treated me like I was their only client.
Bought a used vehicle from Winslow BMW and I can't say enough nice things about the sales staff and finance person I worked with. Fast, efficient service; the quickest in and out I ever had buying a vehicle and the price was fair. Thanks to Charles, Tom, and Jim for an excellent and professional job.
Jake did an Encore appt. with me that gave me information that really helped me to use my new BMW better. Jake had a great idea that makes getting in and out of the car easier. Jake set up The BMW ConnectedDrive that should be pretty helpful and showed me how to use the technology that I wasn't comfortable using. Jake also put on my new license plates. Overall a great and worthwhile appointment.
We were passing through town in our new CPO X5 and stopped in with some questions. We left with new roof racks for our ski gear and having had a very meaningful tech session with Jake Gordon. We learned a few new things we didn't know and Jake was instrumental in getting our voice navigation working and updating a few other settings. Our experience at Winslow BMW was great.
I looked at other BMW dealerships, in Denver, and found Phil Winslow BMW to be highly competitive. I had a great buying experience and found the perfect car for me. I am a previous customer, and have always had great service in a friendly and professional atmosphere. I am most pleased with my new automobile, and look forward to many years of a great relationship with phil Winslow BMW.
