He worked with the team to make sure that I get the required upgrade for the missing SW features in the car and explained everything that’ll done. David was equally helpful and made my transportation from the shop to home very comfortable. The service car (X5 F15) is clean. He even made sure that a friend working at Winslow come out to see me.
