Owner Just a suggestion. My issue was somewhat of an emergency. Not having a loaner cars set aside for emergencies for warranty customers was frustrating. I had to make alternate driving arrangements to get to work and then find a ride to the dealership to retrieve my car. For a car under warranty with a brake pad that cracked and compromised the braking system I would have like different arrangements.
