Paul Miller BMW has exemplary service Although we live closer to another dealership, we choose Paul Miller because of the customer service. Beginning at arrival with Nestor and Dave, they greet you warmly and are genuine in assessing each customer and how your day may be going. They are prompt and efficient too. When returning a loaner, I forgot my garage opener, Nestor found me inside to return it. He had the heat and defroster running in the car on a cold, icy night.
