Flat Tire Overall I was satisfied with the service. Happy that they were able to replace the tire the same day and not have to come back especially since I didn't have an appointment. And 2 or so hours to replace a tire is not long, but had I known that it was going to take 2 or so hours I would have had someone pick me up and come back instead of just sitting and waiting.
New Purchase Jimmy Jones is an outstanding representative and will continue to work with him whenever looking for a new BMW.
