Harry Conti Bob Smith, my service advisor, did an excellent job for me. He was prompt, and curtious. He kept me up-to-date while my car was being serviced and kept my wait time while I was there to a minimum. My loaner car was clean.

Service appointment When the dealer called to state my car was due for service, I asked how long it would take and they said 1 hour plus time to wash. I therefore said I would wait. When I arrived I was told a 2 hour wait. After expressing my unhappiness the service manager promised me 1 hour. He cane through and level set that the minimum time is 90 minutes.
Seat Repairs and Detailing The leather repair is invisible and the seat Is good as new.
