HAPPY CUSTOMER ! ! ! I am a 10 year veteran of Paul Miller BMW and I have never had any problem with service or sales. Now I have a new service advisor ( Ryan ) and I am happy to say he is following the Paul Miller tradidition of having their customers confident and happy. Leased a 2018 X5 Jerzy was an excellent sales person who made the process very smooth.
Repair on my 528XI My service advisor Ryan Kenely was outstanding. Ryan kept me in the loop on my car's repairs constantly throughout the day. He had a loaner delivered to my home and drove my car when finished to my house to switch out for the loaner. He made the process stress free given i had just bought the car 6 weeks earlier from another dealership that couldn't answer the phones correctly nor follow up with me. Responsive service! Needed a new tire and my schedule was busy. I asked that they call me as soon as thr car is ready and that I needed to pick up by afternoon. The service manager kept me updated the entire time and they completed service in a timely manner.

2014 X1 The only issue was the wait for the process of the finance officer. Selling that many cars they should have been more help in that area available.
