serviced a 2008 335i Provided a new $1500 hi pressure fuel pump on extended warranty. No hassle at all and no cost. Car runs perfectly now. Other dealer had provided an estimate for the pump (claimed in may not be under warranty) at and a variety of additional (non essential) services totaling more than $8,000.

Great customer service!!! It was a great experience coming to Paul Miller BMW. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and they made me feel like I was at home. My first time buying a new BMW and had a lot of questions. They were all answered and was told to stop by anytime I had a question. Was never treated like this at other dealerships.
