Customer Service Paul Miller BMW just keeps getting better. I didn't drop off and ask for a loaner this time since it was only an oil change, and it the work was completed exactly when they said it would be. The staff understands that their customers' time is valuable, and they make sure that it is not wasted. This is my third BMW from Paul Miller and I highly recommend purchasing and servicing at Paul Miller BMW.

Friendly & knowledgeable employees, great service I was with my 4 year old grandson (not planned) for 2 hours while my car was being serviced. I knew it would take that long but I didn't expect to have "company". The staff at Paul Miller BMW (service & sales) made this stay very easy. A special thanks to my advisor, Ken. Great service and staff Paul Miller BMW always does a great job with my car. They always go the extra mile to fix things that are coming due in a very short period of time so I do not have to come back to the dealership. I always get a BMW loaner car when my car is going to be in the shop for more than an hour to so that my day is not disrupted. I would not go anywhere else with my BMW
Great Service - Good Staff As always I never have a problem when my car goes in for maintenance. Staff is always friendly and helpful
They made the best out of a bad situation. My 2014 328i was in the shop for a minor recall. I had mentioned a few other hiccups the car had and the service advisor said they'd check it out. One of the hiccups took over a week to diagnose but the service advisor Nick made it a point to contact me every few days with updates. He was even able to get me an impromptu loaner because of the inconvenience.
