Excellent Price and Customer Service I buy a new company car every two years. The 228xi Convertible that I just picked up is the 3rd car I have bought from Paul Miller BMW. Jerzy is the best salesman. He got me the lowest price among the 3 dealers I priced with. We built the car together and it was delivered when promised. Greatest service always! Once again Mike Esposito and mechanic Nick repaired my vehicle with the expertise they have always given me in servicing my 2009 X3. Mike promised the vehicle would be repaired while I waited and got me out to make my 12:30 PM appointment as promised. The car needed brakes all around and an extra mechanic was put on the front brakes to get all done by 11:50 AM. This allowed me plenty of time to make my appoinrment! Great buying experience! My salesman, Jack Khoury, was terrific! I wasn't rushed. He let me look at whichever cars and trucks I wanted to compare - came in to look at the X5 and left with a 4 series. Samantha in Internet sales was terrific as well! Answered all of my questions over the phone promptly and completely. Both were so friendly when other dealerships were not.
