Always a good experience as repairs cost nothing. Just to comment on how the BMW new car coverage works, my driver floor mat wore out where my foot pivots from the brake to gas and the mat was replaced no questions asked. The service department ordered the new mat and I got a call within a week to pick it up. Mats were swapped out, no charge, no hassle. Thank you guys!
