Excellent service Repairs were completed when promised. Ken Walter, service advisor, very helpful and knowledgeable. Ken called me to discuss estimate and services required. Loaner car process was simple.
Outstanding dealership. Best service I ever had. When my car is serviced it is repaired correct the first time. I have never had to return it. The repair gets Fixed the first time. Paul Miller has the best techs and support staff. I would never deal with another Dealership.
Best Bmw dealership Best experience I have ever had with any dealership. Daut Dauti made this experience so easy for me. He ended up getting me in a car that was fully loaded at a way cheaper payment then I expected. I was in and out of the dealership in one hour. Daut Dauti, Cesar, Matt are OUTSTANDING My first BMW was purchaced at Paul Miller BMW in 2012. I was completely satisfied with the dealership and its staff that when it was time to get another vehicle (12/22/2014) there was no other dealership and Dauti that I wanted to deal with.
