Great Service Experience First time dealing with Paul Miller. Vehicle was due 1200 mile service after running in. Making the appointment was painless, as was checking the vehicle in on the day. Waited for vehicle, as they said it would take around 90 minutes - and almost to the minute it was ready. Waiting area was clean and organized, coffee machine was incredible - worth the wait! Overall a great experience.

Pride in their work Brought my car in for scheduled maintenance. Even though I was over half hour early, they quickly slid me in, and did all the required work, efficiently and with great customer service, including the car wash. SInce I was there over 2 hours, it would be nice for an expanded customer service area, better magazines, more snacks, a place to work with your tablet, updated seating. Perhaps like Prestige on Rt. 17.
