Great place. My Service rep and all the people generally all go out of their way to do right by you. They know you spent a lot of money on the BMW & they want to make you happy. Excellent Service, as Always! Although I hate to have to take my car in for service, it is an inevitable fact of life that cars need regular service and repair. Paul Miller BMW makes this odious task as simple and as comfortable as possible. From the moment you enter their facility, everyone works to not only make you feel special, but to make your time with them seamless. I feel they go the extra mile to make you actually WANT to come back--even if it is just for a minor service!

Excellent Service Stanley from service was very professional and extremely helpful. He got me a loaner car at a very short notice. He updated me with the status on regular basis giving me the estimate of work needed. I was extremely pleased with the service I was provided.
