Amazing People - Great Dealership We went in to the dealership just to look. We met Rick Kritchmar (client specialist / salesperson) and he shiwed us around the great facility and any car we wanted to see. He was patient, humble, nor pressure technique with an awesome personality. We were treated like royalty from the start. Great Experience Before, During and After the Sale I was able to find a used vehicle that matched up with my search criteria at BMW of Minnetonka.
