Over the top customer service! Being in the car industry myself I set my expectations high. I was looking for a b8 s4 and BMW Minnetonka had the exact car I was looking for. First BMW BMW of Minnetonka is the most finest car dealership I have ever stepped into. Sometimes looks can be deceiving, but that was not the case. Our sales person was Amy Mattick and she was a pleasure to work with. Polite, courteous, and knowledgeable of what she was talking about. I would highly recommend her to anyone. If we ever need to purchase another car, I would definitely look her way first.
Bought 2018 BMW X1 I really enjoyed my experience acquiring my 1st BMW at BMW of Minnetonka. I dealt with John 'Sully' Sullivan and was very much impressed with his customer service, patience, and help. He was ready to answer my questions during his off days. Catherine Gu I actually trade my old car into to service loan car. because my old car sat in the garage for 8 month already, no way i can start it. But BWM they sent 3 nice gentlemen to help with start the car and took car to their store with 0 cost. They are so patient.
