Great Car Buying Experiance BMW of Minnetonka has a beautiful showroom and a very welcoming staff. The atmosphere was very laid back and I didn't feel any pressure to buy. I love my new car and will be a customer of theirs for life.

Extremely satisfied customer After unsatisfactory customer service at another BMW dealership, I decided to check out BMW of Minnetonka. Car purchase experience at BMW of Minnetonka My husband and I were shopping around for a used car for our daughter. When we walked inside, we were greeted by the receptionist and then introduce to our salesman James. James was wonderful with us. He is friendly,warm, and respectful. We were never feel pressure into buying or purchasing anything that we did not want too. He just explains what available to us if we decided to add on. Outstanding Experience! A couple of years back, we purchased a car from Amy Mattick at BMW of Minnetonka. We have kept in touch over the years and last week we returned to purchase another. Amy is absolutely wonderful to work with and I can't imagine purchasing a car from anyone else. The experience is somewhere between low and no-pressure and you can really tell that she wants you to leave happy. I know that we will be back to visit Amy and BMW of Minnetonka.

Great used car buying experience Great buying experience - I found a two great cars posted online at Minnetonka BMW and came in to consider a trade in of my older model. I was connected with James Moosaie - who I suggest asking for by name. James had both cars cleaned and brought out front for my wife and I while we had a few espresso drinks in their lobby and met the used car sales manager. Good Buying Experience Purchasing my new 3 Series was easy and quick. I dealt with Ryan Leach who very friendly and helpful going through the options and the buying process. Really appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the fact the the sales team was not pushy.
