Great experience buying a CPO BMW My sales person Amy was outstanding...very responsive. I found the vehicle online so dealt with her strictly via email and phone. Amy went out of her way to take additional pictures of the car to send them to me so I could get a close up look at the car as I live 1000+ miles from the dealership. Once I received the car, one of the car remotes needed a new battery - I called Amy and she put two batteries in the mail for me! Great customer service...

Exceeded expectations!... I like that. My wife and I had a great experience at BMW of Minnetonka. We were looking at a used vehicle which was exactly as described online. No skeletons! Carfax report was voluntarily provided. We were impressed with our advisor James Moosaie. He was very professional and yet personable. He had two vehicles ready for us to test drive when we arrived from out of town. Excellent from Start to Finish on Out of State Buy Wow what a breath of fresh air. Professional, prompt communication and excellent service that you would expect from BMW. I had a very low quality experience with a dealer in California when purchasing an i3 last month. Ryan was a night and day difference.
