Buying a new car I'm sorry, you're limiting my rating of Mark Garrett, Bruce Bonine and BMW of Minnetonka to the number 5; let's try 6!!! These fellows made buying a car an enjoyable experience, too say nothing of the quality of their product. This is our first BMW but it won't be our last. I can't imagine buying a car from any other dealership or from any person other than Mark.

Purchase of 2015 X3 We recently traded in our Lexus RX330 for the X3. We loved the RX but wanted something different. So far, we are pleased. Since this isn't a review of the car, we will focus on the store. The customer service was excellent. Great purchase experience This is a very nice dealership, and they treat you well. The owners also own the Audi dealerships in town, so they know how to run a luxury car dealership. The pricing was fair, low pressure, and relatively low amounts of negotiation required. I didn't accept their first offer, and they did a little more "homework" and came back with a better offer.
