Review for service BMW of Nashville, TN Very clean, beautiful facility, both showroom and the large bay for receiving cars to service. Sterling met us within 30 seconds of our entering and was our point of contact throughout. Had a lovely SUV loaner for 24 hours so we were not inconvenienced while some minor repairs were added to a major service appointment.
Good experience Mostly seamless car buying experience. It helps if you know what you’re looking for.

Nashville BMW The people at Nashville BMW have always been very helpful in helping select and purchasing my new vehicles. Stellar service, price and especially staff. My '05 X3 has 300k miles (thanks in large part to excellent service) and - in this case - my right front caliper finally started sticking. Recall service Recall work was done on two different BMWs I own. Repair was done on time. Service was friendly and informative but not pushy. Quality of work appears excellent. Car was washed and ready to go. Great experience.
