Great buying experience! Found the car I wanted at a dealer I have not been to before. They were attentive to my emails and phone calls and expedient with the buying process. We came pre-approved and ready to purchase. They did not fight us on using our own financing and made the process easy. They worked with our lender to finish the paperwork in a timely manner. Will definitely revisit this dealer when we are ready to purchase again. Jenna did a great job!
My 328i This dealership was so accommodating and helpful in my selecting a car. We showed up without an appointment, Steve Pons met us at the door and found the two cars we had selected to view from looking online at home the day before. Within the hour, we drove and selected our car. We completed the paperwork and were out the door in less than two hours. We returned to pick up the car which had been detailed and was waiting at the showroom door. It was an overall excellent experience! To top it off, I 💚 my car!!
