2015 428i service I had a chance to visit the new BMW of Nashville - recently relocated in the Brentwood area south of Nashville. There facility is very nice and the service team is top shelf. My car needed some basic fluid change and my service rep - Michael - realized I was getting close to end of warranty. He recommended the techs do a good inspection of everything on the car so they could cover it before end of warranty. They did a great job and i look forward to continuing to work with their team on my car.

Amazing Service! Chad was awesome! Everything went fast and great! Chad couldn’t have been a better salesman! It was great dealing with someone who was so down to earth especially when buying a car can be so draining sometimes! Will definitely be referring some friends up that way!

Exceptional Service!!! BMW Certified Pre-owned of Nashville provided me with 5-Star servicing. A Sincere Thanks to Service Manager - Michael Janca, Service Advisor - Kenneth Swezea, and Service Advisor - Brad Cochran, these gentlemen were simply the best in handling my situation on 11 May 2018.
