Service on 2016 BMW X5 We purchased this vehicle in May 2020, and the experience was very customer-friendly and easy. I took the vehicle in today for service, and that experience was equally pleasing!
Tire repair and allignment I have been a customer of BMW Nashville for over ten years. I had a tire puncture that required tire replacement. Was able to drive in late in the day and have the work scheduled for the next day without an appointment. The tire was replaced along with balancing and alignment--service was completed in a timely, as promised in a quality manner.
