Prompt service Recently the GPS has new voice instructions using an address in New Jersey as the example. Since then the only states the GPS allows are Maine and Ohio. I live in Kentucky, and no Kentucky address is accepted. I explained this to the service technician and was advised that it could not be changed or corrected. I am very disappointed in a GPS that I used quite often.

Quick maintenance I was expecting to spend over 2 hours while waiting for all my maintenance updates. It was done very quickly and even took extra time to wash my extremely dirty car!
