Excellent AJ was my service technician. He was thorough and kept me in the loop during the entire process.
Prompt service Recently the GPS has new voice instructions using an address in New Jersey as the example. Since then the only states the GPS allows are Maine and Ohio. I live in Kentucky, and no Kentucky address is accepted. I explained this to the service technician and was advised that it could not be changed or corrected. I am very disappointed in a GPS that I used quite often.
