Very Pleased Customer @ BMW of Nashville Everyone was extremely nice and friendly from the moment I walked in. Chad Laha was the Client Advisor that worked with me and he was O-U-T-S-T-A-N-D-I-N-G! Great person and extremely knowledgeable. He made the experience so enjoyable that I must say that I knew I was going to purchase a car even before test-driving it. Great experience, happy to refer friends to purchase from BMW of Nashville!

Found the perfect car at BMW of Nashville I had been looking for a late model Santa Fe and found what I was looking for through cars.com. I called the dealer to verify the vehicle was there. Then drove there to look at it. The salesman, Mark was most helpful and our purchase sailed through as smooth as can be. Best car buying experience I've had.

Situation resolved Regarding my previous review on the repairs to my 328i. After I left the BMW dealership the service manager called and asked me to back to resolve the problem that had developed after my last visit. This time the problem with my AC/Heater was fixed.

Excellent Experience..would definitely reccomend. Very professional staff but sales and finance team. Both were diligent polite and focused on customer. There was no hazzle whasoever. Definitely will do business with again.

2019 Hyundai Elantra Not everything was included in the vehicle purchase as posted on site/listing for vehicle. There was also a mix up with numbers being processed twice. However, the salesman was great in communicating through any questions I had.

BMW X5 Bipul was great Client Advisor!!! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Process takes too long--- was there from 10-3. Kandy in Finance was friendly until we declined extended warranty-- then she was unhappy and turned it very negative. I was a returning customer and preferred BMW of Nashville.
