Great service at BMW! Drivers door would not close. I call The driver's door would not close last Saturday, April 28, 2018. I called BMW and spoke with Antywon. He was able to give great directions to get door to close. We also made an appointment to have door checked on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. Car was dropped off at 7:00 am. Jeremy was there with the courtesy SUV. The Lady sharing the SUV needed to be at work at 7:30 am. Jeremy asked if he could drop her off first so she could be on time. Friendly and helpful. Friendly service is always good here. The costs to get your car serviced are higher than I think they should be, but most dealerships are high.

Great Service Every time I come in, the Antywon is always helpful and gets me in and out in good time. He also gives me a vehicle to drive if it takes longer than an hour or two. Very happy with the service.

First time buying from across the country Found the perfect car for me at BMW of Little Rock. Only issue is that I live in Los Angeles. I would have to buy the car without actually test driving it or seeing it in person. I spoke with Tarik (Manager) and he went above and beyond to ensure I knew the car inside and out even if I couldn't physically be there. He took photos and video and provided me a walk through.
