Excellent Service!!! The young man at the service desk was friendly, courteous and well informed. Also. The service dept was prompt and did a superb job. Will be coming back for ALL my car needs.

Happiest Place (next to Disneyland) Been going to BMW of Little Rock since we moved to Arkansas in 2005. The Service Department has been consistently excellent! Dylan Long, our service advisor, is "simply AWESOME!" He provides EXEMPLARY customer service. We feel so very fortunate to have met him. Taking our cars in for service is a positive experience for us because the dealership is comfortable and inviting. Expectations are also exceeded. I???ve visited the service department on several occasions to service my 2009 X3 that now has 177,000miles on it and still running strong. Quality is an understatement when talking about the BMW service at Little Rock. They always make me a priority and go the extra mile for me. I???m a single Mom and keeping my vehicle on the road is important and I???m thankful to have such an awesome service team!

Great service Great Service Advisor, smiling faces and friendly staff. As many times as I've been there for service they are always kind and courteous. If they have to keep my car overnight, I'm always given a courtesy car.

Service I received good service at BMW of Little Rock. They had a loner car available and waiting for me. And when they where done serving my are, I received a call to let me know they were done, but take my time in returning.
