Great Service after the sale. Jack Tester is the the best! I was certainly attended to during the sale of my car, and many dealerships stop there. It???s not that way at BMW of LR. Even when I have my car serviced, I am treated in a courteous and friendly manner. I have always been made to feel important.

Exceptional service from an exceptional team Brad Swiderski was attentive to my needs and willing to listen to me. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. They inspected my car and let me know what was needed to resolve my concern and also updated me on upcoming maintenance needs. Thank you for making me feel like you truly cared about me and my car.

They do what they customer ask! They have a very clean shop they are also very courteous and punctual about getting the job done correctly the first time. If you have a newer or older BMW and you would like to keep it performing like it did when it was new BMW of Little Rock is definitely my first choice for service.

Excellent Service As always when I have my vehicle serviced the customer service is excellent the staff take pride in making sure the work is performed correctly and make you comfortable while you wait or if you need to be a ride they make sure you get to where you need to be.
