Not recommended! In fact I do not recommend buying a BMW! I have an x3 still under warranty and 3 BMW dealers/service locations including Galleria (where I made my purchase) have yet to fix my camera/software issues. This is a known issue! I have researched my issue on nhtsa.gov and BMW refuses to fix my vehicle! They turn off the warning/safety notifications and 5 minutes after I leave the service department the notifications come back on. I was told that I was going to get a call back on a estimate from a associate and never received the call back. Yet.
Not so good experience to say the least. Bought the car from across the country. I was told that the recalls were checked, they were not. I'm stuck with losing my car for a day when I was told it was taken care of. I was told the oil was changed, and got the car with old oil/filter and it was barely at the proper level. Blatantly lied to by the salesman. Guess it doesn't matter when I'm 1900 miles away.

Really horrible experience with the repairs. I took my BMW to Galleria three times to fix the same problem. I had my car at the repair for a few week each time. I never got any good updates from them and had to call multiple times to get any updates on the car. On the third time I sent the vehicle in to get their best repair guy, I called them to get an update 8 days after I left the car and they hadn't even touched it! I'm incredibly disappointed by my entire experience and haven't even received a refund on the first repair... read more
We purchase BMW X5 Drive40i. We loving it. But we got caught in the moment thinking about the deal. On the top of that they overcharge us and added up the Balloon in the deal.
