This was the least professional experience I have had in a long time. The experience we had trying to purchase a used car they advertised on line was the prime example of why car salesmen get a bad reputation. They allowed me to bring my teenage daughter into this place thinking we were purchasing her the car we saw online only to tell us they sold it that morning. We must have called before they sold it. Took the car in there for recalls including the airbag recall. We got it back and none of the doors would open from the inside or outside. so we had to go back a second time. They said it was like that already. HOWEVER they had to do something to the Junction box and if the doors would have been like that they would not have been able to get to the junction box. I felt like I was lied to during our recent purchase. Agreed to a price in writing only to drive 2 hours and realize the price was different. We bought the car anyway. I would not recommend.
Very poor service from ver rude service reps who stick their nose up in the air at you. They treat people as if they aren't important, like your time doesn't matter. Do not care for the customer service at all.
Will never buy another car from anywhere other than this place! #1 customer service hands down! Thanks Nancy for all of your help!
They tried to rip us off telling us stuff that wasn't truly wrong with our car. We took it to someone else and they verified. Liars! Joyce
