This was my first scheduled service since buying my car. My assigned service advisor, Andrew Godwin was absolutely a delight to work with. He was pleasant, courteous and quite knowledgeable. I look forward to building a relationship with him as my BMW is ready for service.

The staff is really good. They serviced our car and notified us that it needed a tire replaced. We received a video of the tire that was in need of replacing. It was taken care of while they finished our service.
