I liked the environment BMW of Greensboro provided and the detail they took in describing what was going on with my car as well as texting me a video of the things they checked out on my car. Once I decided what I wanted taken care of that day, they provided a breakdown of cost and what else needed to be taken care of in the near future. Which gives me a chance to plan and save for my next visit to them. I like that they provided snacks and drink options while I waited for my car and gave me an estimated wait time.
