I went by BMW Greensboro last week and worked with Perry. He was fun, honest, and showed what a dealership experience should be! Everything worked out great and I ended up with a new iX. If you're looking for a BMW you won't go wrong here and certainly won't go wrong with Perry!
The absolute, hands down, best experience I've ever had at a dealership. All negotiations were quick and easy in email up front. Car was ready when I got there. Took like 90 mins total to go through all the paperwork. Then our sales guy, Marty Shelton, walked both me and my wife through all the setup of the iPhone App, the digital-key, our profiles, walked us through all the iDrive 8.5 stuff. It was amazing. He was super knowledgeable about the vehicle too!
Friendly staff had to wait a little while, other than that, everything was good.

Had to take my car back as a repair was not completed correctly and was not checked by the team to insure the install of the hood emblem was secure on the car.
