I had a great experience with BMW Customer Service during a recent factory recall appointment. Andrew was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and easy. Since the shuttle service had not started yet for the day, they arranged a Lyft ride so I could get back to work promptly, which I really appreciated. The level of customer care and efficiency made the experience very convenient. Excellent service all around!

Everything was explained well and had a great experience.
All was good. Was told it would take an 1 hour and a half. It did. Front brakes and spark plugs.

I used a coupon for front end brake service and I was very please with the outcome. A day after my brake serviced I notice a check engine light but it did not stay on. Later it returned and a diagnostic P112F Manifold Absolute Pressure to Throttle Angle Too High. I have several doctor's appointments this week maybe next week I'll have time to stop-in to check on this light.
It was easy and fairly quick. Kept me informed on how things were progressing.
John was an awesome salesperson, he really helped us make our decision and pick the perfect car my wife.
