They keep your car for awhile other then that great friendly staff
I would like to know an approximate length of time for my service before I make the appointment as that might effect my choice of day. I tried to call ahead, but the only real person I spoke with was a scheduler and he could not answer that question.
Everything was outstanding. Service man was available from the time he received the car until I returned home.
Service department was helpful with maintenance.

Liked working with service representative Jeff Ireland, loaner car, 10-percent service credit, timely repair work, and good inspection work. Did not like that 4 complete wheel alignments over previous 1-1/2 years at 3 different BMW places all determined that alignment was perfect, yet front end remained VERY unstable erratically wandering side to side and hard shuddering under braking. Service was great, the car wash time was ridiculous, 30 min to run a car through the wash! Didn't need to sit extra 30 mins for vehicle to be washed.
