The service was outstanding.
Quick and courteous service .
Brought my BMW X3 in for routine oil and filter service. Had made appt with Melissa. She immediately checked me in and took vehicle back for service. It was done in a timely manner including a wash. Had a fresh brewed coffee and snack while I waited. Great experience.
Best service experience I've ever had with any car and I've had lots. They were ready for me when I got there and went above and beyond.
It was all business and professional done. They had the vehicle I was searching, test ride was given and it when down to numbers.
I had a pleasant experience with BMW of Greensboro. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and pleasant. I do not live nearby this dealership but prefer their service over the local dealership in my area.
