Jamil handled everything and even found a warranty service that was coming up and did that as well. They warned me of upcoming things and quoted them, but didn't pressure me to do them.

Got my car serviced in a timely manner
John Hunter was my service rep. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took my X3 in to replace my original almost 6 yr old battery. While waiting spoke with my original salesman, Kevin Leonard who showed me the new 2025 X3 in the showroom. WOW! Great vehicle. John had my X3 ready in a timely manner. My visit was non stressful and I had peace of mind that the technician had professionally installed my new battery and reprogrammed all the computer settings.
The entire service experience was excellent. Please continue the great work.
