My BMW X3XDRIVE notified me that front brake pads needed service. The next day I got an email from BMW that my vehicle had notified them that my brake pads needed service! I contacted my service rep at BMW of Greensboro, Jamil Jackson, who always looks after me. He scheduled me an appointment, and I brought in my vehicle. My service was completed in a timely manner and my BMW was returned shinny clean, and I had peace of mind everything was done properly. I recommend this dealership to protect my investment in this vehicle.
