I had a pleasant experience with BMW of Greensboro. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and pleasant. I do not live nearby this dealership but prefer their service over the local dealership in my area.
The customer service rep, James, that helped me with my service plan was incredible. He made the entire process very easy, very relatable, and made me feel very comfortable trusting this dealership with my money.

James Burke was my service advisor he walked me through the entire process with my x5 and showed me everything they were going to do with my vehicle
