The absolute, hands down, best experience I've ever had at a dealership. All negotiations were quick and easy in email up front. Car was ready when I got there. Took like 90 mins total to go through all the paperwork. Then our sales guy, Marty Shelton, walked both me and my wife through all the setup of the iPhone App, the digital-key, our profiles, walked us through all the iDrive 8.5 stuff. It was amazing. He was super knowledgeable about the vehicle too!
