The staff is really good. They serviced our car and notified us that it needed a tire replaced. We received a video of the tire that was in need of replacing. It was taken care of while they finished our service.
I had a great experience with BMW Customer Service during a recent factory recall appointment. Andrew was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and easy. Since the shuttle service had not started yet for the day, they arranged a Lyft ride so I could get back to work promptly, which I really appreciated. The level of customer care and efficiency made the experience very convenient. Excellent service all around!
