the dealership was great, I was the nicest experience I have had buying a new vehicle. In particular my salesman "BMW Genius" Marty was awesome, if you want a BMW I highly recommend going to BWM Greensboro NC and talking with Marty!!!! He's very knowledgeable on the cars, friendly, and easy to deal with, he even meet me at the dealership on his day off to hand the car over to me and set up a few features. They keep your car for awhile other then that great friendly staff
I would like to know an approximate length of time for my service before I make the appointment as that might effect my choice of day. I tried to call ahead, but the only real person I spoke with was a scheduler and he could not answer that question.
Everything was outstanding. Service man was available from the time he received the car until I returned home.
Service department was helpful with maintenance.

Liked working with service representative Jeff Ireland, loaner car, 10-percent service credit, timely repair work, and good inspection work. Did not like that 4 complete wheel alignments over previous 1-1/2 years at 3 different BMW places all determined that alignment was perfect, yet front end remained VERY unstable erratically wandering side to side and hard shuddering under braking.
