Jose, the salesman was patient and informative on the X5 features. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and his ability to explain the technology features on a level that I could easily understand. Jose was very polite & courteous and never once pressured me to purchase.

They are super friendly. Went over my car and made sure everything worked . Checked my tires and oil and I believe refilled my window wash. They hook up computer to check engine . It's nice to get a check up between regular maintenance .
Outstanding customer service My service representative, Jeff Is always helpful, knowledgeable and makes sure my car maintenance needs are identified. In fact all service team members are excellent to work with. Fast to access the problem, quick to resolve.
