Worked with Bruce throughout the entire buying process. He respected that when we first came in we were in our shopping stage and were considering options outside of BMW. He wasn’t pushy and simply provided us the information we needed. He was knowledgeable, professional and very easy to talk to throughout the whole process. I had a fabulous experience buying my new BMW X3! Both the salesman (Jonathan) and sales manager (Adam) were approachable, friendly and able to answer all my questions (I had a bunch!). I also test drove an Audi before deciding on the X3; neither ever made me feel rushed! I highly recommend this team when you’re in the market for an Audi or BMW!
