Great experience here. Yamil was super helpful and knew everything there was to know, and I ask a LOT of questions. I never felt pressured but did fall in love with my BMW X3, but he still went above and beyond showing me a Lexus across the street and even his own car that they didn't have on the lot to help me make my decision. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I just purchased my second vehicle from Reliable BMW. Both of my car buying experiences have been excellent! The client advisors are great to work with. Yamil helped me on this trip and he was great! He was very professional, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. Austin in the Finance department was very polite and efficient in completing my purchase. This is a great dealership and I always appreciate that they have the vehicle I want to view ready and waiting when I arrive.

Everyone was so thoughtful. From our first phone conversation through the delivery. We drove three hours to the dealer and at every service opportunity it’s in the transaction including the financing, we were never disappointed. I would choose my sales associate and the business manager again without a doubt.

Stopped by to get information on acquiring a new vehicle and I was greeted by majority of the staff. The gentleman that helped me was Shawn Rich, he gave me the information I needed, and we even went out for a test drive.
