This was a rather difficult escrow with the sale contingent on sale of an owned property. Bob was able to anticipate problems and keep me up-to-date on what was needed and when.

Bob and Michael were able to get my loan approved quick and easily when other lenders could not. As a first time home buyer during these crazy times, having the assurance that everything will work out was very important to me, and Bob was able to give that.
