If you people knew what you were doing it would’ve been and lot happier experience. Actually if I didn’t like this house so much I would’ve backed out. And please explain why there’s $500 out of my bank account without an explanation! happy experience

Bob was knowledgable and helpful during the initial stages of the pre qualification; however, once the mortgage process began, the process was disjointed, disorganized, and inefficient.I felt that I was driving the process instead of the other way around. Their electronic signature proprietary web site did not function properly and we were forced to fax most documents. Initially everything seemed really good. Everything was progressing along just fine. We get to the day before we are supposed to sign the contracts and they tell me that my wife, who is not on the loan, has a judgement that must be satisfied. At first Bob told me that since she wasn't on the loan then it wouldn't have to be paid. So now I had to pay $2600 that I wasn't prepared to pay.
