Bob rarely reached out over the phone, it was handed to someone else. I was asked for different document weekly then almost daily but then was being told things were not being done fast enough. As issues arose and had to be corrected around a busy schedule we were treated impatiently and rudely at times with blame shifted on us. My advice know the VA process better as well as the terminology they use to avoid problems and streamline the process. It took much longer than I was told it was going to take and communication was lacking. I returned everything I was asked for within 24 hours and still we waited 3 months for our re-finance to be completed. I was called at 5:30 in the evening, with no advance notice, by the title company saying they had my papers in and ready and needed us to sign by end of day as paperwork was all dated, and they were on the other side of town about an hour away! Lack of communication unless initiated by me.

Extremely slow...certainly could have been due to Covid. My file sat for weeks in Q&R and even longer in Underwriting. I mailed all my paperwork before Memorial Day, the 21st or 22nd. Loan funded on August 5th.
