Terrible experience. He was truly demeaning through the whole process. I would not advise using him.
This was one of the worst experiences of my life buying a new home or even just getting a mortgage. Mr. Roppolo was unkind, demeaning and made this home buying process a nightmare for myself and my husband. I would not recommend using them.
Worst experience of my life. He did a terrible job, demeaned my husband and myself during the process. I would not recommend him to anyone. He just made us feel awful and stressed beyond any experience I have had buying a home or even refinancing a mort. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Bobby provided excellent service to my husband and I during the purchase of our new home. His communication was top notch, and he kept us informed every step of the way. He took his time explaining financial details that can sometimes feel overwhelming and made sure we were educated on the process every step of the way. Bobby is easy to work with and adds a bit of humor to your day. You won't be disappointed.
