My husband and I came in for brunch on Saturday for my husband's birthday. Our server, Mychael was outstanding! She seriously made our day. And the food... oh my gosh, the food was phenomenal. I love how cute this restaurant is and the concept is great. We will definitely be back for those steal and grits. If you do go in, ask for Mychael. :)
Lively & crowded. Terrific local cuisine with interesting preparations. Noisy so not a good place for serious discussions or working meals.
Brought my boss there for dinner. Mikey was a great sever! My whiskey sour was sub par and the pulled pork special had a tomato based BBQ sauce that was not good. Sent it back. Disappointing experience.
I loved the old tomato heirloom caprese salad, its what kept me coming back. The new was good but nothing compared to the old one. Please bring it back! Burger was great though!
We went to Boca for a birthday celebration. The service was exceptional, the timing of the food served was perfect, the waitress (Mickie) was attentive and informative, and the manager (Ron) stopped by to check on our meals. The oysters were wonderful and the kale salad had a light dressing just enough to compliment the salad. Our dinners (Red snapper and ahi tuna) were done to the correct temperature. Would highly recommend-enjoyed people watching from the second floor dinning room.
Staff was very accommodating with the table we requested and a cake delivered for desert. Great evening. This restaurant is a fine addition to Sarasota dining.
This was our fifth or sixth times at BOCA. The service was great but the Gnocchi dish was completely burnt and we had to send it back. Although the waiter was great and took care of the issue, we would have expected to not be charged for the dish. Loved the atmosphere. Very cozy and food was delicious and fresh!
2 people ordered the apple Brie pizza. Did not like it. I ordered the snapper special. It was good but ver small portion!! Did not get the cole slaw with it either . Another friend got the gnocchi which he said was good. We had been there in Jan and loved it. Alittle disappointed
