Too much air conditioning. I had to return to my car to get a jacket for warmth
The bread was a joke. Just a few very tiny slices with lots of spreads, but nothing to spread them on. One of the people we were with ordered fried chicken. They would not substitute age mac & cheese that went with it. And there was just one tiny of chicken. The manager was lovely and took this off our bill. The sushi tuna was excellent, but the salad very, very disappointing. I couldn't even eat it. It's also very noisy.

When dining @ Boca, my daughter asked for a gluten free bun with her burger. They brought out the burger with no bun! We asked the server where's the bun? He said I think they're out of gluten free- let me check. Never returned. The waitress stopped over & I mentioned there was no bun. She apologies for this. Unfortunately, even though the food, service (although they forgot to put a b-day candle on my dessert which my husband had called again to ask them to do), and industrial/Brooklyn-feeling vibe is great, the acoustics in there are so awful that I had to practically yell to have a conversation with my husband even though we sat at a 2-top that I'd requested ahead of time to be in 'a quiet spot'. Yelling made for a totally unpleasant experience. If they ever fix that issue, I'd totally consider going back. Otherwise, nope.
Chairs upstairs extrmely uncomfortable. Food waa cold. Braised ahort rubs not that tender. Was advertised as it would fAll off your fork. Asked for a different table. They would not give it to me. They said it was reserved. Then nonidy sat there and they moved it to create a bigger table.
Had a table that was squeezed in next to the kitchen. So tight that ever server that went by hit me in the back or narrowly missed me. Asked for a manager and asked to be moved. After some time, we were seated at another table. Tables should never have been jammed in that close to the main entrance to the kitchen area. INCREDIBLY NOISY; CAN'T CARRY ON A CONVERSATION. WILL NOT GO BACK. FOOD WAS FINE. DRINKS PRICY.
The food took an inordinate time to come and when it did finally arrive, it was cold and had to be reheated. The grade on the entrees was just about decent. The noise level is horrendous and we had to shout to be heard. I asked for 3 common brown liquors and wqas told that they are not available. Instead I had to settle for a locally distilled rye which was not worth the $14 price. You owners have to get your act together and do some serious enhancements or else you will not be around for too long.
